Warranty Coverage

All smartium products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

What's Covered

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Hardware failures under normal use
• Defective components
• Firmware-related issues that prevent normal operation

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect
• Damage from improper installation or operation
• Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from external causes such as fire, flood, or power surges
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and provide instructions for returning the product if necessary.

Warranty Remedy

If your product is found to be defective under warranty, smartium will, at its option, either repair or replace the product at no charge. Repaired or replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is your exclusive remedy. smartium shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
